Intro | Group Director | Cruise Coordinator | Planning Calendar Your group director will manage all of your general needs. He or she will help with the logistics of getting people to/from the cruise ship. Your group coordinator will also assist with arranging any activities you may be interested in for your guests such as golf or beach volleyball. Your group director will send an informal wedding invitation to each of your guests. This letter will describe everything necessary for guests to proceed with making their reservations for the cruise and other travel. It will also include the wedding itinerary. Your group director is the laison between you, your cruise coordinator and the wedding coordinator. |
